Only the crew credited in the original version (e.g. no dubbed, director's cut or uncredited crew).
The preferred way of entering a cinematographer for a movie is as "Director of Photography" (in Camera), not "Cinematography" in Crew.
The preferred way of entering the person who composed music for a movie is as "Original Music Composer". Only use the "Music" job credit when adding the composer of music that wasn't directly composed for the movie.
Note
If a job has not yet been added to the database, the person should not be added with a different job or to the cast section. What you should do is suggest that the job be added to the database here and be patient.
If you're not sure about how a credit should be entered in the database, please ask, don't guess.
