Add Horror as TV Genre

I would like to petition for Horror to be added as a genre for TV shows. The TV Bible says genres may change and I say what better time than now!
Horror TV shows are incredibly popular over the last several years. There's The Walking Dead and it's spin-offs of course, American Horror Story, all of Mike Flanagan's series on Netflix, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, etc. Horror has become just as big of a genre in TV as it has been for film.
If the only reason it's not a genre already is because that's how it's always been, that's not a good reason. Let's get it added as an option and I'll join the fray and get it added to the appropriate series.

I think that, at least nowadays, there are more horror shows than westerns.

This implementation work has been stalled for some time.
But I believe that when work is resumed, this will be the basic topic for implementation.
So I suggest you post your request there.
