The Movie Database Support

I have an app that uses TMDB and my users can't find the new (and very popular) Twin Peaks series on Showtime (imdb id tt4093826) so I logged in and spent about 20 minutes adding it and all looked good. A day later it was briefly showing up in search as "Twin Peaks: The Returned" so was looking good and now it's gone again.

It has a different IMDB id than the original series from 1990 which is tt0098936 and the new 2017 Showtime version is tt4093826 .

Can we get that entry live again or see what went wrong there?

Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I believe there was a thread about this a while ago. I think that TMDb considers this a new season of the existing TV series.

Yes: It's listed as the original series' 3rd season (18 episodes). Click on Season 3 and the 2017 reboot's listing appears with complete (as much as so far entered) details.

Here's the link to the main Twin Peaks TMDb page: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1920-twin-peaks

The return of Prison Break is the same situation: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2288-prison-break
