There's a production company from Uruguay and one from Paraguay attached, so the production countries are correct.

The guidelines for production countries should be more specific then (https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/movie/59f3b16d9251414f20000008), because neither Paraguay nor Uruguay are credited as production countries according to any other major site (Wikipedia, IMDB). Plus wouldn't this cause issues for former Soviet nations for example? Lots of films produced in and during Yugoslavia for example have Serbian or Slovenian production countries stemming from the regions but neither Serbia nor Slovenia would exist until the nineties.

Production countries and production companies for this film were recently locked due to this thread but nothing kuntsuragi said is accurate. Metropolis Films (Uruguay) and Foqus Arte Digital (Paraguay) were involved in producing the film.
