Carlos Vives remembers his life in Santa Marta and Bogotá, Colombia. It was there that his artistic sensitivity turned into a reality. These seven performances were blessed with an all-star cast, loaded with important singers either starting their careers (Roberto Alagna) or at the height of their dramatic powers (Karita Mattila, Jose Van Dam.)

Antonio Carlos and his delegation visit the complex's facilities, pass through a dam, artificial canal, waterfall and floodgates. Cars from the delegation arrive at the scene and authorities greet each other. People applaud the entourage that, with guests, passes through different points of the dam.
