Discuss General Hospital

  • Whoever picked out Sam's hideous dress needs their eyes checked. It's squashing her fat chest to make her look even fatter than she is.

  • Why is it there is never anyone but the few people we know in PC going down the red carpet runway? Even Joss and Oscar walk right up to the front door without even having to go through any form of long line waiting to get in.

  • How is it Ava and Griffin are being interviewed, photographed on the red carpet while Sonny is at home with Mike & Stella casually dressed ... but soon as Ava & Griffith get off the red carpet, Sonny, Mike & Stella are at the Nurses Ball all dressed in tuxes, evening gown, etc while Ava is just off to the side of the runway. Did the red carpet take Ava an entire hour or two?

Here's an interesting tidbit about the song Joss & Oscar sang titled "I Never Knew" was written by the director of the show based on what Joss told Oscar in the earthquake when he was unconscious:

So far, this turned out to be my favorite song of the NB this year. I loved the way Eden & Garren worked their voices together to make the song work.

Oh that's a cool story. Funny, I've been seeing the name Phideaux Xavier for years and yet never imagined that's what he'd look like. Pretty amazing he just up and composed a song.

No wonder I had never heard that one

If Lucy can keep her clothes on this year, I will be completely satisfied.

That is one of those things, like the Quartermaines having Pizza for Thanksgiving, that has been done for so long that if it isn't done, it just doesn't feel right. Lucy has been stripped down to her skivvies for every Nurse's Ball since day 1, it has happened like 15 consecutive years, or however long they've been doing this. For a woman of nearly 60, Lynn Herring still has a rather nice body, it must be all that work on the ranch that has kept her in such good shape.

I'm sure the llama will eat Lucy's clothes.

That was the biggest WTF of the ball so far. She's went from ducks to llamas? And the way she was kissing it.

The odds are at least 10 to 1 that it will turn out to be an elaborate visual pun and the llama's name will be 'Dolly', Dolly the llama.

I could be wrong, but I reading some time ago that Herring has a llama farm in real life. That seems to be a Hollywood thing; Kim Novak had one too.

If it's a male llama then I wouldn't recommend any males going around Lynn on the set. Especially since they kiss.

I can just imagine that llama coming alive running after Maurice Benard. open_mouth

They already said several times that the llama is named Dutch.

No, they haven't, they haven't said one word about the llama since it first showed up.

Are you trying to retcon something I heard on the show?

James Patrick Stuart (Valentin) and Eden McCoy (Josslyn) were fantastic. They both not only have terrific singing voices, but are very expressive and heartfelt when they sing. I was especially surprised by Eden's performance.

I agree. I think Josslyn did a great job, and it made me grateful that it was her singing, and not Starr Manning. 😅

I love Valentin's song choices (last year and this), and the way he plays and sings. I hope this character is here to stay, and that he performs similarly every year. 😊

Yeah Lynn Herring even tweeted it's name Dutch as well. I thought I heard it's name Dutch on the show the next day or so too.

Lucy from Wednesday's show: Oh, my goodness. Look at you. And yeah, your dress is everything. .... Thank you! I do! ... I love it. Dutch loves it, too.

I hope we can see all the episodes in their entirety this week!
