The title should be changed to Star Trek: Michael Burnham

S-DOG, I suspect Katwah is being sarcastic. I've never seen this series, so know nothing about it. But, judging by the numerous title forms IMDB lists for this series, and "Star Trek: Michael Burnham" not being one of them (likewise, Wikipedia mentions no such alternative title), is what leads me to conclude Katwah is probably just making a point.

I looked at this thread thinking it needs moving (which I was going to do) to the Content Issues area of TMDb's Support forum, but now gather this is simply intended as a discussion about the show placing a lot of emphasis on the Michael Burnham character.

Star Trek Mikey Spock 😁

@genplant29 You're right. relaxed

Side note: There were other alternative title(s) on 'Wikipedia' and other sources in 2017, however, since then they've been removed.

Invidia, judging by the video, this series certainly looks to be light years different, in personality, from the original ST.

Who the f is Michael Scott?

Star Trek: If Michael Scott was show runner

Back in 2017 there were - unfounded - rumours that 'Michael Scott' would be one of the writers. When that didn't happen, he pitched his ideas to Netflix and now he has his own show.

That Netflix show wasn't really funny, though there were some scenes that made me grin .

There was an episode that reminded me of one of Scotty' quips in "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984)".

So, he might have seen that movie, unlike one of the characters in the books of the other Michael Scott, who said that he's more of a Star Wars fan than a Trekkie.

You mean the same STP that reduced its lead to a background character? Ironic

No I mean ST Picard that focuses on Picard, the main character.

That show does not exist. I do know of another show named Picard, where there's an old guy in the background as others shout at him

Eh? What's that you say, sonny?
