Extra Details: This is not a TV series with different seasons, Deutschland 83 and Deutschland 86 are two separate series, 86 being the sequel of 83. The same way The Young Pope and The New Pope are two different series.

This was addressed before. Amazon DE is the original broadcaster for the second season: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B018J45ERC/ And we always follow the official seasons.
Feel free to use the episode group feature to create an alternative listing though.

By RTL (its original creator), IMDb, Wikipedia, and on American Prime they are listed as separate series. The same does every other American streaming provider I can find that offer the series; Itunes, Hulu, Youtube Movies, Google Play. The streaming rights holders here in my native Norway, NRK, also list them as separate.
So there is only one source listing it as a TV series with two seasons, all others define them as two separate.

Yes, some international broadcasters list them as two series. But they were originally released as one series in Germany and it's the only listing that matters. A lot of websites/databases also follow the original listing (Wikipedia DE, Fernsehserien, TVDB).
Where? (They still haven't air the second season.)
