It's a TV-Special not a TV-Film so it belongs to Special Season.

A TV-Special ist not a special episode. A japanese TV-Special is a TV-Movie.
More Information about this TV-Special under https://mahouka.jp/ (japanese) and https://mahouka.us/ (english) . It have it own licence and it have it own DVD/Bluray (16.03.2022 in Japan).

It supid for you. This Film can go to chinema in germany! You reading the bible is wrong! This is really a TV-Film. And it's story-line began between season 1 and 2 (Time index 16.08.2096) and goes after a short time to before the anime starts ( time index 4.8.2092), but it's the light novel volume 8.
in German: Nach deiner Definition soll ein Content, welches auf dem Light Novel basiert, nur auf Grund weil es Spezial heißt, in Staffel 0 einsortiert wird ohne Berücksichtigung, dass es 71 Minuten hat oder es wegen der Lizenz einzeln nur publiziert werden darf. Oder ob es in Kino von wem auch immer gezeigt wird. Im japanische Anime gibt es keine TV-Film ohne das es als TV-Special bezeichnen wird.

Would you classify a compelation film e.g. Attack on Titan ... as a film or as a special, sorting it in Season 0?

They are considered as movies. Since they are movies to begin with no matter the content. Reminiscence Arc is a Special from the beginning.

You misunderstand me You shouldn't tell me what it is, but whether you know it. The same is true of this film. What overstand you under a japanese TV-Film without compleation films, give me example?
I know that. But on which points you are different between that? Length, story, ...?
Tell me what makes this content special in Seaons 0 vs. this content in the movie area - tell me the differences. Remember that a TV-Special is different to a special episode.
What if you compare it to the One Piece Special episode from December 26th, 2021? This was first announced with episode 1004. While this film was announced in spring 2021 and was presented with a teaser photo and a PV. PS: In Germany would this content cost 15 € (In Japan 8000 Yen =^ ca. 61€). 1 of 3 Volume of Visitor Arc (4 Ep.) cost 35 €.

Because it's not a Standalone Special. It already has a proper series of which it is a part of. The Official Sources didn't assign a season so it should go to special season.
As for why I'm considering it a special is because every other source is doing so. You and me are no one to decide what is what.
Lastly, I already told you that there is no point in arguing. Everyone has their own way to thinking. Since we're on TMDb, let the moderators decide what they think. I'm fine with whatever they decide as long as the duplicate is removed.

während in der Serie das OP als opening theme (オープニングテーマ) und das ED als ending theme (エンディングテーマ) verwendet wird, wird es in diesem Film als Theme song (主題歌) bezeichnet, das nur in Filmen Verwendung findet. Zusätzlich sind Vol5 und Vol8 der Light Novel lediglich Side-Stories.
Ich möchte auch darauf hinweisen, dass ein Content das als Film deklariert wurde, egal ob es im TV auf Disk oder als VoD-Content publiziert wurde, als Film zwingend einzusortieren ist.

Für jeden, den es interessiert, Einführung Timecode 0:00 (16.08.2096 in Light Novel 06.11.2095) ab Timecode 1:25 beginnt nach der Einführung die Story (04.08.2092) und Endet mit dem Timecode 1:09:12 mit dem Abschluss (17.08.2096 in der Light Novel 06.11.2095) Ende am Timecode 1:11:00. Das Opening ist 1:25 lang und ist in der Wohnstube (Livingroom). Das Ending beginnt ab 1:09.12 mit der kurzen Flug-Sequenz und der Denkmal-Sequenz.

The official website calls it TVアニメ「魔法科高校の劣等生 追憶編」, so a TV anime. Imo if it were a movie, they'd be calling it an 映画 (eiga, movie) or a 劇場版 (gekijouban, theatrical movie) which is not the case, so I'd put it in the specials season as well.

Not quite, TV anime with one difference, namely TV special, which always quantify as a movie. And why does it have its own original Soundtrack, its own license and its own marketing?

Any news? How did you moderators decide, considering a homonymous series and franchise title? And is it a rule-breaking categorization when a franchise (title) is equated with a series (title) and each cannot be sorted into season 1 ff. is sorted into the special season? It's not good to park everything that belongs to the franchise and doesn't belong to a season in the special season.
An additional example: "Detective Conan: The Special - The Scarlet Alibi" was originally planned as a TV special and was unceremoniously released in Japanese cinemas (without the fan community letting it out).
Please do not misuse the special season as a franchise container and evaluate each content correctly.
Warning: Rules can only be applied correctly if the content has also been correctly quantified.
