The main episode list should reflect how the episodes were originally broadcast. That may mean that the episodes are not how Discovery organizes them on their streaming platform (especially earlier seasons); there is an episode group to reflect the DVD/streaming order.

Rebecca, the current layout for seasons with Dirty Jobs does not match any streaming order anywhere. It does not even fit the guidelines listed here https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f73eb49251416e71000026

If the seasons could be unlocked I would happily edit them to match the guidelines
