Die vom Volk verehrte Angela, Ehefrau des Generals Paco Abaca, entgeht nur knapp mehreren Mordanschlägen. Während Illya Angela gegen ihren Willen in Sicherheit bringt, wird Napoleon Solo zu drei rätselhaften Revolutionären gebracht. Die wollen von ihm Angelas Aufenthaltsort wissen.
