...on the loose, do you think he will make a beeline to Dougie's? Also, has no one asked what the heck is he looking for with that weird Ace of spades card?

In one of those 2 BRIGGS videos I posted to the other topic they also talk about how BRIGGS was too LOGICAL with his SON who was also TOO EMOTIONAL for his father.

Bobby too emotional is an understatement. The guy breaking down at the picture of Laura after 25 years was ridiculous. Especially given the type of relationship they had where they were basically just using each other. No real love lost between the two.

And they also said BRIGGS was too LOGICAL to a FAULT, which they also say was the same kind of a problem that COOPER had (thus making BRIGGS and COOP like 2 PEAS from the SAME POD).

Coop is logical and Briggs as well but Coop also believed in mysticism and relying on DREAMS to crack cases. Most cops who follow straight logic would have written him off as a NUT JOB. Briggs had also encountered many supernatural things with his work on BLUE BOOK so he was not beyond stepping outside the boundaries of logic.

Oh, no question. Ray is as good as dead.

and he was all smiles when EVIL COOP got him out.

EVIL COOP to Darya "Who hired you and Ray to kill me?" pillow over head gun gun

Ray is gonna get it even worse. WAY worse.

Hopefully we get to find out who hired them. Should make for a good plot thickener. wink

Who do you think would even hire Ray and Darya ( seems they wouldn't be the best choice) to kill EVIL COOP?

Do you think there will be an actual fight scene between EVIL COOP and Dougie/COOP?

I'm thinking perhaps whoever Mr. C was talking to in the hotel room when he thought he was talking to Phillip Jefferies who appears to be a guy who wants BOB to inhabit him.

BOBBY has always been TUNED IN to things (like COOP is). In the scene where the GIANT appears on STAGE and says IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN (meaning the MURDER of MADDY Laura's look a like COUSIN), BOBBY is sitting at the BAR and also FEELS the same way as COOP does (as if he can also sense something is happening to MADDY). Donna also feels the same way (we see her sitting there in the booth with JAMES and she also begins to CRY and react as if she can also FEEL what's happening to MADDY).

And that also makes one wonder if BOBBY and DONNA have also been abducted and taken to the LODGE as children like the LOG LADY and BRIGGS were.

Anyhow, when BOBBY cries that may also indicate he knows or FEELS how something else like happened to Laura is about to HAPPEN AGAIN.

Since BOBBY also had an affair with SHELLY, that may also means BECKY could be his daughter.

And they also said BRIGGS was too LOGICAL to a FAULT, which they also say was the same kind of a problem that COOPER had (thus making BRIGGS and COOP like 2 PEAS from the SAME POD).

Yes COOP was also into MYSTICISM, which also seems to be the reason why he sees THE GIANT appear on STAGE, who warns COOP that IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN.

And BOBBY and DONNA also react as if they can also SENSE and FEEL the same way as COOP does in that scene.

SCENE can be seen HERE:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QBl-BuEIV8

But for some reason BRIGGS also tells his son BOBBY the story about the dream he had where he sees his son having a WONDERFUL life?

And that also doesn't seem to have turned out to be true?

Because BOBBY also behaves more like someone who suffers from having PTSD as a result of what he's been through?

And it's also kind of SPOOKY how BOBBY also has the SAME FIRST NAME as BOB.

Which also makes one wonder if maybe BRIGGS wife could have been attacked or RAPED by BOB?

COOP has the GIFT as MIKE puts it. MIKE says only the GIFTED can see BOB's true face.

Since Laura also saw the face of BOB guess that also makes her one of those who are GIFTED???

wink

LOL, well I also think the people BOB is trying to possess can also see him as he tries to get inside them. This is why Leland recalls him from when he was a child and Laura catches glimpses of him. Remember that MADDIE and SARAH also saw him.

@Invidia said:

It's not clear whether or not MADDY and Laura's mom saw BOB or not.

Sarah Palmer was DRUGGED and passed out each time that BOB took over control of LELAND.

And MADDY may also only have seen LELAND (with us the VIEWER seeing Leland MORPH back and forth from an image of himself to one of BOB).

Sarah Palmer reported to the police that BOB was in her living room and it was through her description that they got the artist COMPOSITE. Maddy clearly saw BOB in that scene because she SCREAMS as soon as she sees Leland. Before he even makes a move to hurt her or anything. I'm talking the VERY SECOND she turns the corner and sees him she begins to scream her head off. Why would she do that if it was just her UNCLE she saw?

@Invidia said:

Because when COOP looks into the bathroom MIRROR and sees BOB looking back at him, we also see BOB, but when TRUMAN sees COOP exit from the bathroom, he also doesn't see BOB when he looks at COOP.

Except that wasn't Coop, that was Mr. C.

@Invidia said:

But TRUMAN also still thought it was COOP.

Because he didn't SEE BOB whenever he looked at him.

Only we the VIEWER knew it was the EVIL DOPPLEGANGER of COOP.

And that's why it's also not CLEAR as to whether or not MADDY sees BOB or not ...

(because maybe the MORPHING back and forth ...

between our seeing BOB and LELAND as he attacks MADDY ...

was for we the viewers again ...

as a way to let US know the reason why the character we see wasn't behaving NORMALLY).

Truman doesn't have the GIFT. I guess we, the viewers have THE GIFT? wink
