...when did she become full blown retarded? Freaking out over a cell phone? Not being able to comprehend the concept of someone using a phone remotely? I mean, that's like, you shouldn't even be driving dumb. Seriously.

I think the show is slowly moving towards its old hijinks. The kooky moments etc. They were there in the original but because its 26 yrs ago we let it go. Like the scene... spoilers,.. when Bobby sees laura's photo and starts sobbing and that music finally hits. Episodes 3-4 are closer to old school twin peaks than 1-2. I feel like that's the trend thats going to keep going~

Yeah but this is like a whole 'nother level of retardation for Lucy. She did a lot of dumb shit in the old series but that is just WAY over the top.
