Discuss Twin Peaks

I don't think that is going to be the plot of Twin Peaks 2017 but just throwing out the idea for fun!

Could have potential, though. smile

I really hope they don't recast BOB. Frank Silva was frightening as hell

I'm just hoping Lynch can somehow use old or unused footage to at least keep BOB there as an intermittent malign presence.

What a great, albeit terrifying scene. I suppose it'll come down to Lynch's genius and McLachlan's acting chops to pull it off. But for me Silva is irreplaceable (despite his casting being a happy accident).

So, do you think the new incarnation of the show can flourish without any sight of Silva as BOB? He's not in the original that much, but he's always in the back of your mind nonetheless.

I think it's fair to say someone will be killed and I guess there will be some direct or indirect link with Bob. But other than that, who knows what will happen!

He's missing not killed.

Another Agent is given a box of his stuff (the tapes he made regarding the Laura Palmer case, his notes, etc. ) and then tries to figure out what's happened to him and why he's missing.

And we also know the reason why he's missing is because when he looked into the bathroom mirror he also saw BOB there looking back at him (which means he's become possessed by him like Leland was when BOB took possession of him).

So is this Agent who's going to be digging into the stuff of Agent Cooper and trying to figure out what's happened to him also going to end up being possessed by BOB by the end of this new story?

That's the question.

What about the other agents that disappeared? Namely Chris Isaak and David Bowie? Where are they at?
