When I click on that URL you posted I go to a backdrop image.
Black background, clouds of fire, a "vampire" with his hands on a boy's shoulder.
So it's working.

Which ISP (Internet Service Provider) are you using?
Have you tried opening this URL on another device?

When I click on the link, I, too, readily see the image that ticao mentioned. (FYI: I'm in the US.)
