Otherwise, the date will remain empty. As for the birthplace, after entering text you need to select corresponding place from the pull down list that appears while you write. If it is new place, you need to select "Create it..." first.

Thanks. One more question. I was having trouble changing the credits for another actor/actress. When I click that particular 'part', nothing really happens. A 'drop down' appears & even if I click on it nothing happens.

There is no drop down dialog when you edit actor role name, can you be more specific what kind of information you want to change?

The amount of credits listed. Sorry I wasn't clearer. An actress I was looking at has 30 total credits (according to IMDb), but on her page here it only says 10. I tried to change it, but can't seem to get it to work.

there's something really weird about this Spanish actress and I want to ask you both what you think? I was looking for a better picture of Nagore Aranburu, because the current one here

The woman in these 2 pictures is actress Nagore Aranburu in 2014/2015 - but that's not the woman in the profile image with the same name! The actress seems to be older; she played a mid 40's woman in the movie Loreak in 2014/2015 and you can see her here in a clip:

I assume that these are 2 completely different women! Which would also mean that all the biographical info at IMDb is wrong. Does that make any sense or am I just missing something?

I'm the one who uploaded the present image. The first one I chose (head & shoulders) was rejected because of the 'pixel height'. So I chose the one that is presently being used.

Yes, I understand what you're saying -> but one of our rules from the Contribution Bible is:

"Profile pictures should be taken from the front, stay above the waist and have a preferably neutral background. Avoid photos with sunglasses or 'hand on face' poses. Do not add full body images. "

And this image shows her below the waist, almost full body.

However, the more important question is: Is this woman in the image actually the actress that played in all those movies/shows? I assume she's not - but I'm still uncertain ...

If you google 'Nagore Aranburu', 95% of the results show the women in the image I used. Also, if you google her husband Xabi Alonso, you will see pictures of the one in the image. The original one I chose was taken the same day, but it wouldn't upload. If you do not like the edits I made just delete them & replace them with something else.

@janar honestly, I don't anything about this actress, I was just trying to help with entering data. I'm perplexed now...

@bratface as for the amount of credits listed, it is automatically generated and the only way to increase it, is to add the correct credits to all her movies/TVs here on the TMDB. The drop down menu is just to choose primary profession for person who has the same amount of credits in 2 or more fields (e.g. somebody who is both director and actor ).

I'm perplexed, too! I do believe that the wife of the footballer has absolutely nothing to do with acting -> but so many websites state this as a fact, including IMDb. Yes, that's what I assume. Most of the pictures I find are either in connection to him attending something in regards to football, or some modelling. I assume she never did any "real" acting.
