API v4 Complete Documentation

I am looking for the complete documentation for API v4. Or, a confirmation that API v4 is identical to API v3 except in the those things documented in the API v4 page. Can someone either confirm this for me or point me to the complete v4 documentation? Thanks

The only features that have been developed for v4 are the ones documented here.

Also, would you know the purpose of the Configuration change_keys field in the Configuration object returned from the API?

No, only accounts, auth and lists have been developed on v4.
It can be useful for some clients to know what keys are tracked in the change methods.
