Question about presented alternate names for a celebrity

I don't know what the TMDb policy is about presenting alternate names for a Western celebrity when the alternates are in non Roman alphabets. I noticed the following page a short time ago, see all those alternates were added just days ago, and it's something I've never before seen on any other Western celebrity's TMDb overview page:

Doesn't each TMDb member already always see everything presented for each movie, series (etc.), and celebrity in their own (the user's) selected native language and alphabet?

People profiles do not have "translated" names.
Transliterations/translations to non-Roman alphabets used to throw me off too, but they are allowed.
