The title says it all really.
When a person is credited with Music by NAME should I use the Music job or Original Music Composer job?

You should use Original Music Composer!
There is an article here in which composer Richard Gibbs writes in one paragraph:
"As an aside - composers will often ask for and get a credit in the main title and ads for a movie that reads 'music by', as in Music by Danny Elfman. It is usually a bit of an inaccurate credit, as it implies that all music in the film was composed by that person. That is rarely the case as most films also contain pre-existing songs licensed for use in the film. But most film composers, myself included, prefer the 'music by' credit because the general public doesn't know what 'score by' means."
That's why you should always use Original Music Composer in this case on TMDb - a lot of contributors don't use it, though. The Music credit is for other pre-existing music used in movies/shows, like Mozart or Beethoven or such.
