How do I start a new discussion in the Forum?

I've just recently joined the Forum and can find no way of starting a new discussion. While I was reading up about the actor Kevin McNally https://www.themoviedb.org/person/2449-kevin-mcnally I noticed there is no mention in his TV credits that he appeared in three episodes of Downton Abbey from 2011-2012. What I want to know is, how would I have this added to the list. Could you also tell me how I start a new discuss on the Forum.

Click on the discussions link [screenshot] and hit that green button much like you did now!:)
To add guest appearance credits, navigate to the correct episode of Downton Abbey;
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/33907-downton-abbey/seasons
And hit edit and navigate to Guest Stars:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/33907-downton-abbey/season/1/episode/1/edit?active_nav_item=guest_stars
(one above is for episode 1 of season 1)

Thanks, took me awhile to get the hang of it, but I got there in the end.
