New feature: message editing tools and preview

If you create, reply or edit a discussion or comment, you will now see a toolbar that should help use some of the rich text tools. Better yet, it's got a preview button so you can check to see what it will look like before hitting submit.

Here's something that can be improved:
When we click the quote button, it inserts "> quote here" on the same line. That doesn't work unless it's a new line. So maybe it would be better to have the button to insert "> quote here" onto the next line instead of having the user go back to ">" and press "enter".

For me (Safari, Mac, Laptop), it already puts a blank line between the quote and the cursor, so I can type immediately.

// EDIT oh wait, you mean the quote button when you're posting a reply... never mind then.
