茅原实里（1980年11月18日－），日本女性声优、歌手。枥木县宇都宫市出生，埼玉县成长。所属事务所为Horipro，唱片公司为Lantis。家中有姐弟等三人，排行老二，昵称为みのりん（Minorin）。

主要饰演的代表角色为电视动画《天上天下》的枣亚夜、《凉宫春日的忧郁》的长门有希、《幸运☆星》的岩崎南、《南家三姊妹》系列作的南千秋、《初音岛II》（D.C. II: Da Capo II）系列作的白河奈奈佳、《食灵~零》的土宫神乐、《境界的彼方》的名濑美月等。官方的歌迷俱乐部网站为“M-Smile”。以出道仅六年之短时间，在2010年5月30日，成为声优史上第六位登上歌手最高殿堂日本武道馆举行个人演唱会的女声优，歌唱能力备受肯定。 2013年3月31日，与Avex Planning&Development合约到期，并离开APD，FanClub“m.s.s”也随即解散。2013年4月1日，原Blog“minorhythm”关闭，开设新Blog“Smile Days”。2013年4月2日，建立个人事务所“M-Peace”。2019年4月1日移籍至Holipro International。

Chihara Minori was born November 18, 1980 in in the city of Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan and was raised in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She is a voice actress (seiyuu) who has had roles in several anime series, and a J-pop singer. As a seiyuu, she works under the agency Avex Planning & Development while in her musical career, she has been signed under King Records, Avex Trax, and is now currently with Lantis. Her blood type is B, and is the middle child of three siblings consisting of an older sister and younger brother.

She is affectionately referred to as "Minorin" (みのりん) by her fans.
