Yes it is. Jack's other best known SHR song is I'm just a Bill Both were written by Bob Dorough who passed away last year at age 94.
Jack also sang on parody version of both Junction and Bill for The Simpsons and Family Guy respectively.

Cell, I agree: Jack Sheldon - judging by song samples I've heard play since his death was announced - had a great voice with a lot of character to it.
