Overview

夏威夷念大學的香港富豪子弟李澤星（周星馳）學業無成揮金如土，是校園一霸，終因搭上黑幫老大情女遭黑幫追殺，身體被炸成碎片。在李澤星父親（吳孟達）的請求下，教授（徐錦江）將李澤星全身人造復原，並把最新研製成功的無敵芯片置入其身，令其搖身一變成為無敵“百變金剛”。黑幫老大得知李澤星復活後，將寫有戰爭程序的芯片植入手下身體，令其變身“鐵甲威龍”前來追殺李澤星。為贏得暗戀的女同學蟲蟲（梁詠琪）的芳心，李澤星決意重塑形象，奮力與“鐵甲威龍”展開大戰。
