£47 (and that's just for the tickets) to watch at the cinema OR £20?
Not a difficult choice to make.
Wow thats alot. Usually $13 on average or cheaper before 3PM here in the US. Also you dont own it. If you cancel D+ you wont get to watch it again until you sign up again. With Amazon you get to watch their films/series even if you cancel Amazon Prime/cancel your account.
$13 for 5 tickets? I guess the American dream is real!
I'm sure he meant $13 per ticket. I live in America myself, and $13 for 5 tickets would be a dream cause it's not reality. I guess he watches movies alone. On Disney+, practically ever member of my family of over a dozen will be able to watch it for only $30 (which they did with ever other Disney+ premiere film), which was a bargain.
Yes I meant $13 a ticket. A family of five would be a little rough. I guess I can see the benefit of buying on stream. But at that point why not just sail the high seas?...If you know what I mean.

I'm a moviephile (and a long time comics fan), and so are my family? We've already purchased it and are getting together to watch it tonight.
$30/month is outrageous but if you have the money and you have kids I can see it
It's not $30 a month. The $30 dollars is a one time fee. The monthly fee for Disney+ is only $7.99, which has been worth it this year especially with all the content that's been released on it.

One time fee for multiple viewings.
Speaking of which, time for a 2nd watch before tonight's big game!

This movie wasn't worth $3 let alone $30. Not that it was the worst thing ever, I've still never seen Captain Marvel so I assume it's not that bad, but they did Black Widow dirty in this. It's so inferior to Winter Soldier yet is clearly trying to hit the same beats, even sloppily trying to connect Black Widow and Taskmaster similar to Cap and Bucky even with the same "I thought you were dead" angle and a climax on a floating base that is blowing up as it plummets to the ground.
And the main villain guy is by far the worst Marvel villain we've ever seen. Just a fat old man who hates women and who is easily flustered by words. I thought the whole point of the red room was to train soldiers who could infiltrate and do espionage, not just general combat soldiers. They really screwed up Taskmaster and wasted Olga. They could have gotten any random person to be in the suite and they put Olga in there and uglied her up.
Jesus, the more I think about this movie the stupider it gets.

Drekov was very much a Roger Moore era Bond villain.
