Thanks for your reply, Rebecca. Yes, there should be a tv series for this title. This is why I created this report. Can the existing title be changed from movie to series? I could create a new tv series, but then there would be two entries, one of them wrong. Thanks for your help.

Yes, this is the process.

And, after that, we add the title to a list of series that need to be merged and the data will be merged at a later date.

We have to decide if we keep both entries because it aired as movie on 26.08 1987 and as mini series later

In that case, we should normally only keep the movie entry. But I will left the final decision to you.

I don't know exactly because we have some exceptions here maybe someone else can give another opinion

Some more old sources:

1.) There's a "Sendetermin-Chronik" (list of air dates) on fernsehserien.de here (you have to select "Chronik 1987-1988" in the second menu): https://www.fernsehserien.de/sommer-in-lesmona/im-tv. Unfortunately, most of these dates are either wrong or incomplete.

2.) I searched on Genios for the title "Sommer in Lesmona" in the time frame of 1986 to 1989. Most of the results are from a news paper in the North of former West Germany, but 1 result is from the weekly paper Die Zeit that you can find online here:

The article/review is from September 25, 1987, written by Gerd Bucerius; you have to be registered to read the full article online. Here's the lead in and 1 single quote from the text in German:

Basically, according to this reviewer, this content first aired in 6 parts on 2 different regional networks that belong to the ARD:

Bayern 3, Wednesdays: 9.9.1987 / 16.9.1987 / 23.9.1987 / 30.9.1987 / 7.10.1987 / 14.10.1987
NDR 3, Tuesdays: 15.9.1987 / 22.9.1987 / 29.9.1987 / 6.10.1987 / 13.10.1987 / 20.10.1987

When you compare this to the data on fernsehserien.de, the dates are slightly off and the line with the "Spielfilm" (tv movie) is in fact episode 2 on Bayern 3. However, I think that this reviewer is slightly off, too!
