I just started watching this movie and in the first 15 or so minutes of the movie Robin returns from the crusades and races back to his castle only to find it is a decrepit abandoned crap hole full of pigeons and pigeon feces. Seeing it in this condition does not discourage Robin, however, and he charges in and around the house yelling for Marian. Yeah, bro, that's the kind of woman you want, someone who lives in an abandoned rotting house around pigeon feces and doesn't even care. That was wife material for nobles back then.
