Foreign genre for tis movie

Has been removed on 30 january, none added this genre again (not in change log) i removed it today !!!
What's going wrong with Foreign genre globally. this genre makes no sense.
Make a selection of the 20 best noted movies with foreign genre and call for a vote to remove this 'foreign' thing that's coming bak again and again even when people removes it.

The genre "Foreign" should be removed. It simply makes no sense.

As soon as this issue is fixed I'll be spending time on genres. Until it is, my hands are tied.
