So when john wick kills those 2 guys on the station and the train pulls in... nobody notices two dead bodies and lots of blood? But they panic when two people have a fist fight?

Even on the train though, when they get into it, the train still has lots of people on it and they just sat there and watched.
Based on the ending, I think we learned a bit more about this world which could help explain the train scene a bit better. A large portion of the world participates in the assassin for hire business. My friend joked that it's like Uber. There was lots of scenes where the crowd and people around John never reacted to the killing at all, so it must be a very common thing. Something that most people take part in.

Yup but the few people remaining on the train during the fist fight are visually scared and run off the train as soon as they can proving they are not in on the hitman... thing.
I just found that scene a little silly that nobody noticed the dead bodies

I think it would have detracted from the tension of the scene to show people for 5 seconds reacting to dead people.
