يرصد المسلسل حياة طبيب أمراض نساء شاب (مصطفى شعبان)، لدي هذا الطبيب العديد من العلاقات النسائية، ولكنه يقرر أخيرًا الزواج. في ليلة زفافه يجد أن ماضيه يطارده، وكل فضائحه تنكشف، فتنقلب حياته رأسًا على عقب، ويصبح يتعين عليه تصفيه الحسابات القديمة؛ إذا كان يرغب في عيش بقية حياته في سلام. على الجانب الآخر ،توجد شقيقة الطبيب (صابرين)؛ والتي تُعد كأم له نظرًا لعلاقتهما الوطيدة وحبهما الشديد لبعضهم البعض.

This show is about a young gynecologist (Mustafa Shaban), a ladies man who finally decides to settle down and get married. But on the night of his wedding, his past comes back to haunt him and all his scandals are revealed. With his world turned upside down, he becomes convinced that if he wants to live his life in peace then he must first reconcile with his past.
