This is actually correct, because we prefer splitting of multiepisode cartoons into separate episodes as you can find in our Contribution Bible:

Segments

For kids cartoon with 2 or 3 episodes per half-hour, we prefer to split the segments.

The reason is that these segments are typically re-runed in different order by various networks/countries.

Yeah, but on official sites, like DisneyNow, Amazon, Google Play, iTunes, and even Youtube, where you can buy it, none of the episodes are split. And about the re-runs putting them in different orders, I feel like that just happens on TV.

I know that this rule confuses and angers many users, but for the sake of clarity we must stick to this system. It may take a while to get accustomed to it, but in the end when you work with TV cartoons released throughout the world, you realize that it is the only meaningful way to satisfy all users. It is the same as on TheTVDb, and it is some kind of standard for any serious DB collecting info about cartoon TV shows.
