Nearly every time he Hulks out somebody always has to turn away, throw him behind a table or door so they can't see him change but where's the guarantee nobody will see him change? nowadays he would be caught on camera CTV or smartphone.

Nah, at the moment he hulks out, lots of gamma radiation gets releases and it would interfere with the cameras. They'd just get static during the transformation.

Actually in the comics everyone knows he's The Hulk so no secrecy.
