锁锁美（阿澄佳奈 配音）是一个标准的宅女，每天都窝在家里不肯出门的她懒得穿衣，懒得洗澡，甚至就连吃饭，也要靠自己那瞧不起的没用哥哥月读神臣（大冢芳忠 配音）帮忙才能得以完成。对于妹妹颐指气使的使唤，神臣非但没有觉得恼怒，甚至十分享受，因为从本质上来说，他是个有着“被奴役”体质的超级妹控。 　　最近，有件事情让锁锁美十分的不安，通过她亲自发明的“哥哥监视器”，她发现神臣的身边聚集了三个行为可疑的漂亮女孩子——外表萝莉实际上是个御姐的邪神剑（斋藤千和 配音），长相和个性都异常普通，但随时随地都昏昏欲睡的邪神镜（花泽香菜 配音）和外表看起来超成熟但实际上只有9岁的邪神玉（野中蓝 配音）。为什么她们的出现会让锁锁美感到不安呢？在锁锁美一直监视着的哥哥身上究竟隐藏着怎样的秘密？一切都尚在迷雾之中。

The Japanese call them hikikomori-people who've become so withdrawn socially that they refuse to leave their homes for weeks and even months at a time. For Sasami Tsukuyomi, who's attempting to pass her first year of high school despite being a shut in, it's more than just a word. Fortunately though, she lives with her older brother Kamiomi, who just happens to be a teacher at the school Sasami is supposed to attend. Not to mention, her "Brother Surveillance Tool" which lets her view the outside world via her computer and will, theoretically, allow her to readjust to interfacing with people again. What it mainly does, however, is let her view her brother's interactions with the three very odd Yagami sisters, who inexplicably seem to have had their ages reversed and have various types of "interest" in Kamiomi. And then things start to get really weird... Magical powers? Everything turning into chocolate? Is life via the web warping Sasami's brain, or is it the universe that's going ...

Sasami Tsukuyomi est une lycéenne qui n'aime pas sortir de chez elle, en fait, elle ne peut pas. Elle est adorée par son frère Kamiomi qui est sa seule connexion avec le monde extérieur. Il est professeur dans l'école où sa sœur doit passer sa première année de lycée. Kamiomi fait tout pour Sasami Tsukuyomi, à savoir la cuisine, le ménage, la changer, il la nourrit même ! Il permet à sa sœur de voir le monde extérieur au travers de son ordinateur portable.

Au Japon, on appelle ces gens coupés du monde social des hikikomori.

Sasami ist Hikikomori und sogar zu unmotiviert ihre Kleidung zu wechseln oder auch nur zu essen. Um ihre Versorgung kümmert sich ihr Bruder Kamiomi, dessen sklavenhafte Hörigkeit sie aber zutiefst verachtet. Sasami verbringt ihre Tage damit, die Außenwelt mittels eines »Bruder-Überwachungs-Tools« zu beobachten. Von Interesse ist dabei das sich gerade bildende chaotische Beziehungsgeflecht zwischen den wunderschönen Yagami-Schwestern und ihrem Bruder. Allerdings ist Langeweile nicht der einzige Grund für Sasamis Überwachungsspleen.

Per Sasami Tsukuyomi, che sta tentando di superare il suo primo anno di liceo nonostante sia rinchiusa, è più di una semplice parola. Fortunatamente, però, vive con suo fratello maggiore Kamiomi, che guarda caso è un insegnante della scuola che Sasami dovrebbe frequentare. Per non parlare del suo "Brother Surveillance Tool" che le consente di visualizzare il mondo esterno tramite il suo computer e, in teoria, le consentirà di riadattarsi per interfacciarsi nuovamente con le persone. Ciò che fa principalmente, tuttavia, è farle vedere le interazioni di suo fratello con le tre sorelle Yagami molto strane, che inspiegabilmente sembrano avere la loro età invertita e hanno vari tipi di "interesse" per Kamiomi. E poi le cose iniziano a diventare davvero strane...

츠쿠요미 사사미는 은둔형 외톨이로, 옷을 갈아입는 것도 식사 하는 것도, 심지어 씻는 것도 오빠가 대신해준다. 사사미는 출근하는 오빠를 이불 속에서 배웅하며 컴퓨터로 오빠를 감시하며 매일매일을 보내고 있었다. 표면적인 부분에서는 시스콘에 항상 얼굴을 가리고 다니는 오빠나 사회부적응 동생 남매로 보인다. 그리고 야가미 츠루기, 야가미 카가미, 야가미 타미 세명의 미소녀 자매도 등장한다. 나이에 비해 너무 어린애 같은 외모인 언니와 반대로 너무 조숙한 체형인 막내, 항상 잠에 취해있으면서도 독설투성이인 차녀 자매와 같이 조금은 정신 나간 캐릭터들이 등장하고 있는데.....

Japończycy nazywają ich hikikomori - ludźmi, którzy zostali tak wycofani społecznie, że odmawiają opuszczenia swoich domów przez tygodnie, a nawet miesiące. Dla Sasami Tsukuyomi, która stara się zdać pierwszy rok w szkole średniej, mimo że jest zamknięta, to więcej niż po prostu słowo. Na szczęście mieszka ze swoim starszym bratem Kamiomi, który akurat jest nauczycielem w szkole, do której ma uczęszczać Sasami. Nie wspominając o swoim "Bracie Surveillance Tool", który pozwala jej oglądać świat zewnętrzny za pośrednictwem swojego komputera i teoretycznie pozwoli jej ponownie dostosować się do ludzi. Ale przede wszystkim pozwala jej spojrzeć na interakcje swojego brata z trzema bardzo dziwnymi siostrami Yagami, które w sposób niewytłumaczalny odwróciły swój wiek i mają różne rodzaje "zainteresowań" w Kamiomi. A potem te rzeczy zaczynają nabierać naprawdę dziwnych ... Magicznych mocy? Czy życie za pośrednictwem sieci wypacza mózg Sasami, czy też to wszechświat zwariował?
