I just started 3rd season, but this actor/character is unbearable, every time he is on screen I am waitingh for his annoying loud gulping never seen at any other actor, does he have some sickness or is this supposed to be character he plays? I remember seeing him only in Truman Show and don't remember that annoying gulping.
