马路须加学园高校是所有高中时代太妹们的梦想之地，每年升学时县内有名气的不良少女基本上都会选择在这里就读。梦幻般的马路须加则不断上演着她们的事迹与传奇。帮派经过不断的演化，逐渐形成了其特有的等级制度，通称Lapapa的吹奏乐部自创办20多年以来，每年都处于学校各个帮派势力中的顶点位置。通过一级一级挑战胜利最终站在最高点是每个马路须加太妹们的梦想和奋斗目标。这一年，以大岛优子为首的Lapapa被认为是马路须加史上最强的一届，其成员战斗力非常的彪悍。但是好景不长，Lapapa的绝对地位却受到了来自二年级转校生前田敦子的威胁。看起来似乎文静内向、无心应战的前田敦子，实际上身手了得，并且有一段不为人知的往事

Two transfer students, Atsuko Maeda and Onizuka Daruma came at the all-girls school Majisuka Gakuen. In this school violence and fighting are common among the Yankee students. Noisy and trouble maker Daruma made a fuss as soon as she entered the school, win in her first fight but then was beaten easily by another gang shortly after. In contrary to Daruma's bold-but-powerless attitude, Maeda who is truthfully a strong girl despite of her silent nature found Daruma is beaten by Team Hormon before her. The word "Majisuka?" (means are you serious?) instantly awaken her true nature and made her won the battle against Daruma's attackers easily, thus made a big fuss at the school and the news even reached the strongest fighting group, Rappapa. Afterwards, Daruma acknowledged Maeda as her boss and as a result the friendship between the two girls began to grow along with their fights with fellow students at their school.

Deux étudiantes, Atsuko Maeda et Onizuka Daruma, viennent d'être transférées lycée Majijo. Dans cette école, la violence et les combats sont courants parmi les yankees. Dès son arrivée, Daruma se fait remarquer et parvient à remporter son premier combat. Mais très vite, elle est remise rapidement à sa place par la Team Hormone. Au contraire, Maeda se montre discrète mais ne peut échapper à la violence quotidienne de son niveau lycée. Elle se retrouve malgré impliquer dans de nombreux combats, éveillant la curiosité du meilleur groupe de combat de Majisuka, Rappappa, et notamment de ses Quatre Reines...

国民的アイドルユニット・AKB48のメンバーが総出演した学園ドラマ。なぜかヤンキーばかりが集まる馬路須賀女学園に転校して来た女子高生・前田敦子。一見地味な彼女は、実はケンカ最強の女子高生だった。
