I remember two particular things, for some reason. One was when Asten is the one being "difficult" about a case, maybe it's one where Quincy was hurt/dying, and Danny says something like "I get it now, you were Quincy before Quincy was Quincy." Also notable because John S. Ragin, who played Asten, was in the Army and perhaps in the Airborne Rangers, which is something Asten mentions in another episode. (Or possibly the same episode? Been a while.)
The other is when I think Quincy is visiting the police HQ or something and they find Sgt/Det Brill working out with weights, and he's bench pressing or something, some amazing amount of weight. Showed how much strength can be needed for that kind of work. And that while Brill was a nice guy, he could be dangerous if the job called for it.
