Challenge of the Super Friends is een Amerikaanse animatieserie over een team superhelden die van 9 september 1978 tot 23 december 1978 op ABC liep. De complete serie is geproduceerd door Hanna-Barbera Productions voor Warner Bros. Television en is gebaseerd op de Justice League en bijbehorende stripfiguren, uitgegeven door DC Comics en gemaakt door Julius Schwartz, Gardner Fox en Mike Sekowsky. Het was de derde serie Super Friends-tekenfilms, na de originele Super Friends in 1973 en The All-New Super Friends Hour in 1977.
