For the last few weeks I haven't been able to access the 'emoji codes', I get the message below when I click the 'here' link:

Happy end of Thanksgiving, brat!
I don't think the small black and white emojis you use are part of TMDb.
The ones that TMDb has its own direct-access way to are when we type in a colon ":". (If you then also add an alphabet immediately following the colon, more specific ones will appear, different for each respective alphabet.) That's the type I always use. Those still work fine.
More about those:

But when we used to hit the 'question mark' above the text box the popup window would come up with all the different things that you can do with your text. And the emoji section still looks the same & the following last sentence (see below) is still there with the word 'here' highlighted:
"If you'd like to see all of the ones available click here; there are over 1800 emoji's to choose from!"

There used to be hundreds of cool emojis, not like the ones that popup when you do the :
👵👵👵👵 These are from my computer (windows key + the period key). I'm wondering what happened to them? Maybe Travis knows?

You can still use TMDb's emoji's, and see the emoji dropdown by using the
:
key as always. What seems to have happened is the site I link to so you can see all of the codes (http://emoji.codes) is no longer online. I will remove the link.

Btw, a year or two ago, someone on one of the Support threads shared the link to an emojis site, and I saved it (though I've never used that site, and always have just used solely emojis that are via the TMDb : way).
@brat, here's the mentioned emojis site, in the event it's perhaps the selection that was on the site you accessed before.
