From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Lucinda Dickey (born August 14, 1960 ) is an American dancer and actress who is best known for her role as Kelly in the 1984 cult film Breakin' and the 1985 sequel, Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.
