فتومة أوسليحة بوعمري، ولدت بالجزائر العاصمة، هي ممثلة وموسيقية ومغنية جزائرية.

فتومة أوسليحة هي ابنة لأب عامل ميناء، وأم عاملة... وابنة الثورة كما تعرف نفسها "كنت مراهقة أثناء حرب التحرير الوطني؛ نشأت وسط معركة الجزائر" . في هذه الظروف، لم يكن هناك مجال للدراسة لتصبح ممثلة، أو الالتحاق بالمعاهد الموسيقية: "لم يكن لدى والدي الوسائل التي تسمح لي بمواصلة المدرسة؛ ولم يكن والدي، في الميناء، يجلب الرموز كل يوم: كنت أرغب في العثور على عمل لمساعدة والدي”.

تقول فيتومة: “بدأت ككاتبة على الآلة الكاتبة، ولكن منذ طفولتي كان هدفي هو العمل في المسرح، وأردت تعميق مستواي الثقافي من أجل ذلك”. وشجعه مصطفى كاتب مدير المسرح الوطني الجزائري آنذاك. وكذلك الكاتبان المسرحيان كاكي وعبد القادر الصفيري. ظهرت لأول مرة على خشبة المسرح في فيلم "L'Oiseau Vert" عام 1963، وهو مقتبس من مسرحية Gozzi. ثانياً، إنه خلق ذو طبيعة اجتماعية. "مطبخ من غرفتين"؛ ثم «دائرة الطباشير القوقازية» لبريخت، و«الرجل ذو الصندل المطاطي» لكاتب ياسين؛ وأخيرًا، إبداعان آخران: "دماء الصالحين" (عن الثورة المسلحة) و"المراجع" المستوحى من غوغول، عن البيروقراطية. تم تقديم كل هذه العروض باللهجة العربية.

حصل فيلم "الأول باس" لمحمد البوعمري (1979) على جائزة الترجمة الشفوية بقرطاج 1980، شريكة حياته الممثلة فتومة أوسليحة بوعمري.

Fettouma Ousliha-Bouamari born in Algiers, is an Algerian actress, musician and singer.

Fettouma Ousliha is the daughter of a docker father, a worker mother... and a daughter of the revolution as she defines herself "I was a teenager during the war of national liberation; I grew up in the middle of the battle of Algiers". In these conditions, there was no question of studying to become an actress, of going through conservatories: "My parents did not have the means to allow me to continue school; my father, at the port, did not bring in tokens every days: I wanted to find work to help my parents. I started as a typist, says Fettouma, but, from my childhood, my goal was to do theater, and I wanted to deepen my cultural level for that." Here she is, a singer; Mustapha Kateb, then director of the Algerian National Theater, encouraged him; and also the playwrights Kaki and Abdelkader Sefiri. She debuted on stage in "L'Oiseau Vert", in 1963, an adaptation of Gozzi's play; secondly, it is a creation of a social nature. “Two Rooms Kitchen”; then “The Caucasian Chalk Circle”, by Brecht, and “The Man with the Rubber Sandals”, by Kateb Yacine; finally, two other creations: “The Blood of the Righteous” (on the armed revolution) and a “Revizor”, inspired by Gogol, on bureaucracy. All these shows were performed in dialect Arabic.

The film "Premier Pas" by Mohamed Bouamari (1979) earned the actress Fettouma Ousliha-Bouamari, his partner in life, the Interpretation prize at Carthage 1980.

Fettouma Ousliha est fille de père docker, mère ouvrière... et fille de la révolution comme elle se définie "J'étais adolescente pendant la guerre de libération nationale ; j'ai grandi au milieu de la bataille d'Alger". Dans ces conditions, pas question de faire des études pour devenir comédienne, de parcourir les conservatoires : " Mes parents n'avaient pas les moyens de me permettre de continuer l'école ; mon père, sur le port, ne rapportait pas des jetons tous les jours : j'ai voulu trouver du travail pour aider mes parents. J'ai commencé comme dactylo, dit Fettouma, mais, dès mon enfance, mon but était de faire du théâtre, et je voulais approfondir mon niveau culturel pour cela. " La voici chanteuse ; Mustapha Kateb, alors directeur du Théâtre national algérien, l'encourage ; et aussi les dramaturges Kaki et Abdelkader Sefiri. Elle débute sur scène dans "L'Oiseau Vert", en 1963, une adaptation de la pièce de Gozzi ; ensuite, c'est une création à caractère social. "Deux Pièces Cuisine" ; puis "Le Cercle de Craie Caucasien", de Brecht, et "L'Homme aux Sandales de Caoutchouc", de Kateb Yacine ; enfin, deux autres créations : "Le Sang des Justes" (sur la révolution armée) et un "Revizor", inspiré de Gogol, sur la bureaucratie. Tous ces spectacles ont été joués en arabe dialectal.
