Sarah Michelle Gellar as Cici Cooper

Even though she had a good chase scene , I expected SMG had more screentime as Cici Cooper in Scream 2. I would have loved to see Cici interacting with Sidney (Neve Campbell) before being killed by Ghostface.
Did anyone else expect to see more of SMG as Cici in Scream 2?

I think many people will agree with you. Sarah was one of the main "attractions" of the movie.

I'm still surprised that SMG had a shorter role in Scream 2 but a bigger role in I Know What You Did Last Summer, and their characters in those two films were killed.
Otherwise, I loved the bit where Cici watches Nosferatu, which is probably a reference to Buffy Summers, Sarah Michelle Gellar's most iconic role.
