It was nothing spectacular, nothing could be built up because it was too short, and what they did have dragged on with too many were not going to make it followed directly by 'oh problem solved'. But it does the job of filling up the Christmas schedule.

Was the main purpose of this to let the new performers have some experience working in front of the camera, seemed like the right kind of thing to get inexperienced (by Muppet standards) newcomers settled in?
