Joaquin comes back to Granada in the eighties trying to find out about something happened when he was a child and the Spanish Civil War was going on. He helped an unknown man who survived after being executed. He finds the man, Galapago, who is now quite old, poor and with almost no memory. Joaquin takes care of him and finds hints that point to Galapago as Federico García Lorca.

Au tout début de la guerre civile espagnole en 1936, un berger trouve un homme blessé et laissé pour mort. Il décide de laisser le mourant aux bons soins d'un asile. Presque 50 ans plus tard, le berger retrouve la trace de ce mystérieux homme.

Joaquin, misero bambino delle campagne di Granada, si trovò a salvare un repubblicano fucilato dai franchisti nell'agosto del 1936. Nel 1980 si mette sulle sue tracce, e lo trova barbone senza memoria. Il colpo di scena è che il clochard è nientemeno che Federico Garcia Lorca, il grande poeta dato appunto per morto nel '36, che si aggirerebbe invece nella straniera Spagna di fine franchismo.

Каково же изумление Хоакина, когда, проведя небольшое расследование, в нищем уличном бродяге он узнает одного из величайших людей ХХ века…

Joaquín regresa a Granada en la década de los 80 tratando de averiguar algo sobre un suceso que vivió siendo niño, durante la Guerra Civil Española. Ayudó a un desconocido que sobrevivió a un fusilamiento. Encuentra al hombre, Galápago, quien ahora es muy mayor, pobre y casi sin memoria. Joaquín lo cuida y descubre indicios de que Galápago podría ser en realidad Federico García Lorca.

Un hombre (Alfredo Landa) vuelve a Granada para descubrir algo de lo que ocurrió durante la Guerra Civil, y aprender más de un conocido misterioso. Nino Manfredi, Kiti Manver, José Luis Gómez. Dirigida por Miguel Hermoso.
