Die Visus-Vision UG erstellte auf der Basis historischer Fotografien des documenta Archivs und des Deutschen Dokumentationszentrum für Kunstgeschichte – Bildarchiv Foto Marburg – die vorliegende Filmdokumentation. Die Realisierung der einzelnen Filmszenen erfolgte mit dem innovativen selbst entwickeltem Softwarewerkzeug VISUS.
