Totally agree. Double standards abound. Someone explained how the Sonny Carly show drove most fans away so now the bulk of the remaining fanbase love them. They know not what they do. Ugh.

By that logic only childless offenders can go to prison. It's absurd.

Recently I was reading up on Lauryn Hill (remember her?)...and she was convicted of tax evasion and went to prison. When she was convicted, she had young children and she tried to play the 'mother' card with the judge...saying she needed to keep working (doing concerts) to provide for them. All the judge did was allow her to delay her jail term to get her finances and childcare in order...she was still required to serve the term, because she had done wrong and had been found guilty of a felony. Being a parent does not exempt someone from prison.

Maybe these soap writers should rethink about some of the criminal situations they put the show's main characters in, if they cannot or will not have the characters face realistic consequences.

I've been sick and tired of Sonny and Snarly in general for decades.

So here we are again. Sonny can't pay for assaulting Dex because his kid Kristina might have to testify and possibly lose the baby she is carrying because of the stress.

I have an alternative - Sonny could be an adult for once in his life and just confess to protect Kristina instead of hiding behind her and her baby.

I am so sick and tired of Sonny's many enablers.

This is why Sonny is such a cowardly and unlikable character. Coward and pussy.

I’m so frustrated that no one in PC- including Anna- has pointed out the obvious to Dex. Namely, if Sonny makes good on his threat to kill Dex and Sonny, Kristina will feel much, much worse than if she had to testify against Sonny.

Also, what the hell is up with Anna? She keeps flip -flopping between trying to nail Sonny and trying to protect him.

Further, what's happening with the charges against Sonny for beating up Cyrus? Sonny is a menace to society.

She's apparently afraid of Diane Miller's magic. Diane wd be laughed out of court irl if she tried her magic there.

He'd just say "Donna and Avery need their father" to keep from doing that. Yet he always accused Julian of hiding behind his kids/grandkids to avoid punishment.
