She casually mentioned it later on in the episode but her main objection seemed to be that he's her sister's father and her sister is pregnant with her baby. Oh, the convoluted family trees in Port Charles.

I know. Molly already said there are 4 other people who can prosecute the case. So Port Charles has a boatload of ADAs. It doesn't matter who prosecutes the case anyway because in the middle of it, it will all come out about Sonny's meds not working, he'll get a free pass for his crimes and everybody will go back to worshiping at the altar of Saint Sonny.

I too was busy yelling at my TV about this until Molly mentioned it in passing in the next scene with Anna.

I really hate Anna right now. She’s bullying Molly into doing something Molly clearly recognizes to be a complete conflict of interest. Theres no way irl that Molly would be made to prosecute her uncle. Also Anna is such a fucking hypocrite. She should be in prison for her crimes, too. Also, she thinks getting Sonny prosecuted is going to save Dex? Dex will definitely be killed because he’s the one who snitched on Sonny. Even if he isn’t murdered, Dex can also be prosecuted and imprisoned for attempted murder.

Her and Valentin broke up. The actress who plays Charlotte is recovering from surgery so she hasn’t been on lately.

In all fairness, Anna could have pressed charges against Charlotte for breaking and entering twice, stalking, and vandalism. It’s wise that Valentin didn’t pursue legal retribution against Anna. I’m not even sure what charges would hold up as Anna shot an intruder in her home. Also, Charlotte is not a child, legally speaking. At age 15 she could be charged as an adult for her crimes. As much as I dislike Anna as she’s currently being written, I have no sympathy for the little brat Charlotte.
