He was a suspect but I don't recall whether that was conclusively determined or not. Ava moved in with Sonny until they found out who was stalking her and she is still residing in Sonny's penthouse.

Let's not forget the storyline of Taggert drinking himself into oblivion while his daughter Trina abandons him. Taggert is probably living in a ditch by this point, as we haven't seen him in many months.
