This thought just popped into my head. When the day comes that the character Monica goes to join Alan and the other Qs, I wonder who she'll leave the house to. It is H-E-R house after all. I sure hope Tracy doesn't get her grubby hands on it. I, of course, want it to be passed on to a Quartermaine, just not Tracy.

Probably can give it to whomever she wants unless there is some gnarly legal nugget that Alan had the family attorney add in to the original agreement. I hope that's not the case. The Monica we know wouldn't let that happen. Giving it outright to Olivia would be VERY interesting and would very much honor the spirit of how Monica received the house, uh, estate, in the first place. May I just say that I don't want to Olivia to get it just because she annoys the bejeebers out of me, but it certainly would be interesting.
Because they want it handle with extra care. Because they have an idea of how they want to do it. Because they don't trust the scabs. Pick a reason, any reason.
