I clicked on the link for his interview, and it was very interesting. MB’s father has Alzheimer’s, which is why the SL with Mike Corbin meant so much to him. Also, MB suffered with depression during the Covid lockdown and had to take Lexapro for several months. I find his candor inspiring.

Isn't Bernard bipolar? And wouldn't he already be taking 'mood stabilizers'? There are studies that Lexapro can cause mania in people that are bipolar.

Yes he is bipolar, and takes lithium. But when a bipolar person is going through a major depressive episode, it is not uncommon for them to take an anti-depressant such as Lexapro to stabilize mood. If you’re really interested, read the article

Check out his state of mind videos on YouTube I have mad respect for his honesty and vulnerability about mental health. some of the interviews are very interesting to watch.
