Iām looking at the Netflix page and I see five episodes.

Hmm, interesting.
On the Australian Netflix it is only four episodes which is in line with the original production.
Perhaps it's been recut for different regions?

Yes, it looks like Netflix cut the series into five shorter episodes for the international market.

@marklamont92 There is no approved way. We currently do not support alternative versions. Travis only made an exception for one series, La casa de papel.
